How and When We Deliver
We deliver from our registered office at E-3, HIG-2, Arera Colony, Bhopal - 462016, Madhya Pradesh, INDIA to more than 200 countries around the world via DHL Bluedart/Fedex/UPS and offer different shipping options as applicable. Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization. Estimated delivery times are to be used as guides only and commence from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs' clearance processes.
We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
All orders require a signature upon receipt.
All of our products demand skilled craftsmanship and attention to detail, and the time and effort required for creating a single piece of art is always justified.
The date of dispatch heavily depends on the date of completion of art work. On each product page, you will find a Shipping/Delivery estimate that we try our best to abide by. Our business working days do not include Sunday and major Indian holidays. Please note that your delivery will be scheduled keeping only business days in consideration and the time frame of delivery will be notified to you promptly. All domestic orders generally take about 3-4 days for delivery from the date of dispatch. International orders take a minimum of 7 days for delivery from the date of dispatch.
But rest assured that we love to expedite things, with care. Some of the items are already in stock and they ship much quicker. If there are any delays whatsoever, that we promise will be rare, will be duly notified in advance on the email you provide at checkout or under your account profile.

Free shipping is ONLY offered to customers in India.
EAST & GRACE insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point, responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a delivery recipient who is not you (for example gift deliveries to a friend or spouse), then you accept that a signature by them (or at that delivery address) as evidence of delivery and fulfillment by EAST & GRACE and transfer of responsibility in the same way.
Taxes & Duties
A 5% sales tax on price per unit of product is applicable to all purchases via EAST & GRACE website on both domestic and international deliveries.
Product Prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties.
For International Customers: EAST & GRACE products are shipped to on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means Product Prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties. As a buyer, when making a purchase, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you currently reside in.
