Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
You can browse through our collection without creating an account and select any merchandise you like. You can also make a purchase without creating an account. However, creating an account has some perks!
- Track your orders (feature coming soon) and review past purchases
- Request your exchanges directly from your account
- Save your address and card details so you can shop even quicker next time
- Manage your account details, address book and email preferences
To create an account, simply click on the User icon in the header navigation menu. You can click on CREATE NEW ACCOUNT on this page, or alternatively click on SIGN UP under the User menu to fill in details such as your name, email address and a password. Next time around, simply SIGN IN.
How do I order?
Convenience is key to a good online shopping experience, and we’ve tried to bring you just that at your fingertips.
- Browse through sarees/lehengas/blouses that appeal to you from the from the navigation menu items - E&G PRODUCTS and COLLECTION.
- Once you’ve chosen a product that best suits your needs, read through product and shipping details, check out reviews if you’d like to know what others think, and any other details on that page that guide you to a purchasing decision.
- Click on the ADD TO CART button on the product page.
- Review the items in your shopping bag by clicking the cart at the top right corner of the page. You can use the REMOVE ITEM link to remove items from your shopping bag.
- Keep your billing details ready and click on CHECKOUT to complete your order. You will be directed to a page to make a payment with different options. If the payment is successful, a confirmation page will be displayed indicating the order number and you will receive an email confirmation as well.
Can I track my order?
Sure. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive email confirmation of your shipping details. Once we have completed the order and dispatched via a delivery service, we will provide you with a tracking number.
COMING SOON: As a registered user, you will be able to view and track the status of your shipment by signing in and selecting MY ACCOUNT followed by MY ORDER STATUS directly without having to visit the delivery service website.
Can I add items to an existing order?
Sorry, it is not possible to combine orders or add items to an existing order. If you would like all your items to be delivered together, you will need to cancel your order(s) and place a new order which contains all the items you require.
What if I run into trouble during my online purchasing process?
Notify us immediately via email at email@example.com of what went wrong during the purchase and we will duly note all legit problems within 24 hours and assist you with a resolution within 48 hours.
How do I know if an item is in stock?
All items are in stock unless ‘SOLD OUT’ is displayed against them. Please be aware that even if an item is in your shopping bag, it can still available to be bought by another customer until you have completed your order. If the product you want to buy is out of stock, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to find out if there is a back-order for that item (you will need to be a registered user). But, remember, we’d still be happy to accommodate requests for orders on archived designs under favorable circumstances.
How do I cancel my order?
In the event that you wish to cancel your order, you can do so during the checkout process right before you enter payment details by clicking on CANCEL THIS ORDER button. Orders cannot be cancelled after the payment processor has accepted your payment information. Do tell us, if you wish, why something did not meet your expectations at email@example.com and we will work towards a speedy resolution.
When are discounts offered on the store?
Discounts are offered on the newest collections in the store. They typically run through the month that the collections have been named after, and are automatically applied at checkout.
How can I know about any ongoing discounts?
If you are subscribed to our newsletters, you will learn about these as soon as we launch the collections. You can visit our website or our social media from time to time to check for these as well.
Can I club coupon codes or discounts?
Sorry, coupon codes or multiple discounts cannot be combined.
Can I request for a discount on a product I like?
Sorry, we generally do not offer discounts purely upon request. Please note that all products are hand-crafted, and therefore, lowering the prices does not allow us to offer the same great quality delivered by hard-working artists or the type of high-grade material that is utilized to create these exquisite products.

Are the colors of products shown on the website accurate?
While we’ve tried our best to display colors of the products as accurately as possible on the website, we cannot guarantee that your monitor or screen’s display of any color will be completely accurate, as computer monitors and screens of electronic devices vary.
How can I tell you more about how I feel about your sarees and other products?

What payment methods does EAST & GRACE accept?
EAST & GRACE accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Maestro credit and debit cards. We also provide Cash on Delivery and Net Banking options for our customers in India. Please note that we do not accept any other methods of payment apart from those mentioned.
Is it safe to use my credit card online at EAST & GRACE?
Your personal data and online security is very important to us and we take it very seriously. All orders are processed through a secure checkout system without an exception. We use advanced SSL encryption technology to store and safely transmit your personal and credit card information through our transactional systems. In addition, for your safety and protection, we confirm that the billing address you provide matches the address on file with your credit card company.
You may also choose to securely store your credit card details with us. This means you will not have to enter them again during future purchases, making it quicker and simpler to shop at EAST & GRACE next time around.
How do I remove saved credit card details?
There are two ways to remove previously saved debit/credit card details:
- Edit or add new shipping or billing address.
- During your next purchase, simply unselect REMEMBER MY PAYMENT DETAILS on the payment page.
Shipping and Packaging
Does EAST & GRACE ship to multiple addresses?
Sorry, you may only ship to one address per order.
If your order contains gifts or items that require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place separate orders for each address.
Do I need to sign for my order?
Yes. We do require proof of delivery for all orders to ensure we’ve fulfilled our promise and legal responsibility of delivering the product(s) to you as expected. Either you or an authorized person needs to sign the delivery document that will be provided by the shipping personnel.
What if I am not available at the address at the time of delivery of the order?
Not all of us are at home all the time. We’ve jobs, college, dates yada yada. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, ONLY with your prior consent at checkout, the package will be submitted with:
- an authorized person at the address (if name provided) OR
- an authorized personnel of your apartment office (if applicable and if name provided) OR
- an authorized neighbor (if name provided) OR
- EAST & GRACE with a notification of the failed delivery to your email. You will not be charged or refunded for the failed delivery, but will be provided a store credit for the value of prior purchase. You will only need to re-order from us in this case within 7 days of you receiving the email, since a failed delivery is re-stocked on inventory after those 7 days.
Can I change my shipping address after my order has been dispatched?
Sorry, we are unable to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched. Please ensure you provide a suitable shipping address for the specified delivery times.
How will I know whether you received my order? When will payment be deducted?
After you place your order, you will be sent an email confirmation that your order has been received. Your card will only be debited at the time of dispatch for which you will be notified via email. In the rare instance that any of the product(s) you have ordered are not available, we will contact you by email and will only charge your debit/credit card for the value of the items in stock.
How much payment do I have to make towards duties and taxes?
For customers in India, product prices displayed on the product page are inclusive of all taxes and duties.
For international customers, product prices displayed on the product page are exclusive of all import duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you reside in, payment of these at the time of delivery is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
Is my package insured?
All items are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from EAST & GRACE to the shipping address. Once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance.
If your box is damaged upon arrival, we recommend that you either refuse the delivery, or make a note when signing for it that you are accepting a damaged box.
